Solutions
The same product, shaped by what you have to settle.
Intelliflow does not change nature from one department to the next. What changes is the kind of document you give it and the rule you write.
By role
Finance
Invoices arrive already read, with the supplier, the amount, the dates and the page behind each value. You decide what is approved, and the decision stays on the record.
- An approval threshold per document kind and per currency
- Possible duplicates flagged on the decision card
- Average approval time, over 7, 30 or 90 days
Procurement
Purchase orders and supplier documents go to the right approver without being asked for, and what sits below the threshold carries on.
- One rule per document kind, read back as a sentence
- Supplier documents you define yourself
- A notification sent to another system after the decision
Operations
What is waiting is visible before it becomes late. The home screen opens on what needs attention, not on a dashboard.
- An approvals inbox grouped in three
- An alert when processing failed, naming the document
- The organization's recent activity, in order
Leadership
What was decided, by whom and when, in a history nobody can rewrite — not an administrator, and not us.
- An audit trail protected by the database itself
- AI cost per organization, stated as an estimate
- Seven roles, each described from the permission table
By document type
Three kinds work from the first upload. Beyond those, you describe what to capture.
- Invoices
- Supplier, number, dates, amounts and tax, with the page behind each value.
- Purchase orders
- Buyer, references and amounts, routed by your own thresholds.
- Contracts
- Parties, dates and commitments captured, then sent to a person to read.
- Your own kinds
- A till receipt, a delivery note, a certificate: describe the fields in plain language and they are captured like the rest.
And in your language
The interface exists in French, English and Arabic, with a full right-to-left layout — not a translation laid over a left-to-right design. Reading scanned documents covers French and Arabic.
